The McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution (MJDR) and the McGill Arbitration Student Society (MASS) invite you to learn from one of the foremost panels on international arbitration, featuring the Hon. L. Yves Fortier, Mr. Pierre Bienvenu, and Ms. Caline Mouawad, and hosted by Norton Rose Fulbright.
The panellists will discuss an overview of corruption in international arbitation. They will offer their perspectives on applicable evidentiary standards, and their views on the duty of tribunals and arbitrators to report suspicions of corruption and the enforceability of the agreements themselves.
The panel will be moderated by Prof. Andrea Bjorklund, Professor and Associate Dean (Graduate Studies) at the Faculty of Law, of McGill University and holder of the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law.
