Qualified Arbitrator (Q.Arb)

ADR Institute of Canada is pleased to announce the new Qualified Arbitrator (Q.Arb) designation.

This designation will be of high interest to members who have, within the last 10 years, completed an approved 40 hour training course that includes a written exam.

Please note that as ADR Canada’s Affiliates administer and regulate the designation in their region, criteria may vary. Please check with your regional Affiliate for details.

As part of the Gold Standard approach to ADR in Canada, the ADR Institute of Canada requires active Chartered Mediators, Chartered Arbitrators, Qualified Mediators and Qualified Arbitrators to provide proof of a minimum of $1 million insurance coverage for their protection and for the protection of those for whom they provide services.
