Allison Kuntz is a Partner in the dispute resolution and litigation department of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Calgary office. Prior to joining Norton Rose’s Calgary office (then Macleod Dixon LLP), Ms. Kuntz practiced civil and commercial litigation for six years in Toronto at Norton Rose’s other predecessor firm, Ogilvy Renault LLP.
A significant portion of Ms. Kuntz’ practice is dedicated to domestic and international arbitration. In that context, Ms. Kuntz has acted for major telecom and technology companies, as well as oil and gas companies. Ms. Kuntz is acting as counsel in ongoing arbitrations governed by the American Association of Arbitration, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and the International Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to her arbitration practice, Ms. Kuntz manages a variety of other commercial litigation.
Ms. Kuntz obtained her law degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and her undergraduate degree in music performance from Indian University Bloomington.
Allison represents Norton Rose Fulbright on the ADRIC Board and Chairs the Roster Selection Committee.
