This marketing webinar series will consist of 5 webinars tailored to new and existing ADR practitioners. It furthers ADRIC's goal of reducing barriers to entry for new practitioners, and increasing growth opportunities for current mediators, arbitrators and mediation-arbitrators. It is open to anyone who would like to join.

From a step-by-step guide on the use of social media, via an in-depth look at LinkedIn and other platforms, we’ll cover everything you need to know to succeed with social media marketing. We'll explore how to get started with the right social media platforms, creating and curating content that provides benefits to potential and existing clients while appropriately promoting your practice and more.
This session will focus on how to build a successful ADR practice after putting together the foundation pieces. It will explain how the practitioner can level up and increase the number of paying clients and sources of referral by leveraging writing, speaking, training, & networking.
We’ll discuss what to write, how to write it, and how to get it published. Public speaking is an art that can launch your practice. We’ll discuss the science behind becoming the go-to speaker for your target market. Networking – the ultimate way to let our prospective clients know that they can trust us with their cases. We’ll break it down and turn networking into net-success.
We’ll discuss the basics of building and managing your business. Even if you already have a good handle on what needs to be done, I’ll introduce you to easier ways to meet your goals and endeavors. We’ll also discuss the foundational pieces you need and talk about the five marketing activities that have proven most effective.
Mastering YouTube, LinkedIn, & podcasting (with a few honorable mentions of which tech platforms are best to support your practice) is imperative in today’s business environment. You might already use one or all of these tools, but understanding how to optimize your usage of a chosen medium can move the dial from doing ok to doing outstanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel, notice must be received in writing. All refund requests received up to one week prior to the date of the webinar session (or the first session for full series registrations) will receive a refund less a 5% administrative fee. Notice must be received NO LATER THAN 11:59pm ET THREE DAYS PRIOR to the date of the webinar session (or first session for full series registrations) to receive a refund less a 25% administrative fee unless we are able to find a replacement for your spot, in which case you will receive a refund less 10% admin fee. No refunds available after that point.

Meet the Presenter
Founder of Marketing Resolution
and author of “The Essential Guide to
Marketing Your ADR Practice”
Mrs. Armstrong-Motin is the author of “The Essential Guide to Marketing Your ADR Practice”. She is frequently invited to speak around the globe on the successful marketing strategies of the resolution and legal industry. For more than 26 years she has been the business and marketing consultant to many of the premier providers in the ADR industry. Her company, Marketing Resolution (known formerly as Golden Media), has designed and developed thousands of business strategies, websites, social media platform engagement plans, and email campaigns for private practices, firms, educational institutions, authors, organizations and associations around the world.
Mrs. Armstrong-Motin has received certificates in both Mediation and Arbitration from the Institute of Conflict Management and International Mediation from both Tulane University School of Law and Humboldt University School of Law in Berlin Germany. She has received nearly 150 hours in training in numerous national and international mediation, arbitration and communication courses.
She was Vice President of the Southern California
Mediation Association and Chair of the Membership Committee, a member of the Board of the London Club. Mrs. Armstrong-Motin has served on the Board of the California Dispute Resolution Council. For the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution section she served as Vice-Chair of Practice Development Committee and as the Co-Chair of the Standing Committee for Practice, Business and Skills Development, Vice-Chair of Website Committee and International Membership Committee member.
