Since 1983, I have accumulated more than 31 years of experience as a health services manager in Quebec province. I completed a Ph.D. in administration in 1996 and in parallel, became an accredited mediator. As GDF Conseil Inc. vice-president, I intervene in labor disputes, mainly in the health care network. I also offer governance, management consulting services and training session on prevention and conflict resolution in workplace environment. Since 2019, I am a non-executive director at the Institute of mediation and arbitration of Quebec and was president of the governance committee until last August 2024. I am also member of the Review Committee of the Order of Nurses of Quebec.
