Émilie Nollet is an Associate Manager in Human Resources and Transformation at Sia Partners Canada, where she works primarily on consulting mandates in the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). She is interested in how to create harmonious dialogue around polarizing social issues. As an affiliated researcher at Saint Paul University, she conducted post-doctoral research on the conditions conducive to inclusive leadership in the Canadian Armed Forces. Émilie also acted as Director of Research for New Power Labs, whose mission is to democratize access to capital for diverse entrepreneurs across the spectrum of Canadian finance. She holds a doctorate in business administration, management, strategy, and entrepreneurship, from HEC Montréal, during which she co-founded ÉAU, a social innovation company in the agriculture sector. She spoke at COP23 in Bonn, the FAO Forum and the Assises de l’Économie circulaire du Québec.
