ADRIC is moving to the cloud, bringing significant improvements to both the ADRIC Member Portal and ADR Connect! Starting December 16th, 2024 (subject to minor delays), you’ll experience a smoother, more efficient system, designed to enhance your visibility, expand opportunities, and provide cutting-edge tools to help you succeed in the world of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
What to Expect
New and Improved ADR Connect
The upgraded ADR Connect search engine will make it easier for clients to find practitioners based on expertise, region, and services. These improvements ensure you’re connected with the right opportunities faster and more efficiently.
Refined Areas of Expertise and Regions Served
We’ve streamlined the Areas of Expertise from over 100 to 28 focused categories, making it simpler for clients to identify the right practitioner for their needs. Members can select up to two areas of expertise for free, which will be highlighted on your profile to attract potential clients.
We’ve also simplified the Regions Served options, making it easier for clients to navigate and find the right practitioner without unnecessary details.
These updates are designed to make your profile more impactful and accessible in the new search system.

All member portals and ADR Connect will be temporarily unavailable from December 9th to December 15th, 2024, as we implement these exciting new updates. Thank you for your patience as we work to enhance your user experience!
Your Responsibilities
Update Your ADR Connect Profile
With the new system upgrade, all existing profile information will be reset. Members are required to update their ADR Connect profiles starting December 16, providing the perfect opportunity to refresh and include your most up-to-date details. This is also a great time to add a profile photo, boosting your visibility and connection opportunities!
Arbitrators Seeking Arbitration Appointments
ADRIC provides referral and appointment services for arbitrators. To be included in our roster for Arbitration Appointments, ensure your profile is updated and complete. Don’t forget to submit the required roster form to confirm your eligibility.
Membership Renewals and Designation Fees
Look out for an email from your local affiliate with all the details to guide you through the process.
