Jennifer BouchardJennifer is of Tuscarora and Scottish ancestry and is a proud member of the Six Nations of the Grand River Community in Southern Ontario. Jennifer is a mediator, facilitator, and trainer. Prior to launching her own business, Jennifer was a mediator for the Canadian Human Rights Commission and conducting human rights mediations across Canada. She was also the Informal Conflict Management officer and a mediation coach. Additionally, Jennifer has taken a variety of classes and workshops taught by Indigenous Elders and traditional knowledge keepers. Robert J. C. He is chair of three pipeline arbitration committees under the NEB and serving a third term as a public member of the ICAA discipline and appeal tribunals.
