Appointing Authority – Referrals and Select and Appoint Services
Whether the case is under ADRIC Rules or not, and even if ADRIC is not administering the case, we can act as your appointing authority. ADRIC can provide an electronic list of three or more arbitrators or mediators with the expertise and experience to match your needs. On request and receipt of the appropriate fee, we will provide clients with the list, the candidates’ biographies and fee schedules within five business days. Each party may rule out any candidate(s) and rank the remainder. ADRIC can then select one from the list and issue an appointment letter, copying the parties.
