TCAS Gold Standard Course in ArbitrationTM – (Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society)

This 40-hour course is held over 18 weeks and provides an in-depth understanding of domestic and international commercial arbitration, both institutional and ad hoc. The program is directed by William G. Horton with the assistance of Joel Richler and is taught by a faculty of leading arbitration practitioners.

Kompass Professional Development – Mediation for Professionals
Location: Online
Kompass Professional Development offers a 12 week comprehensive online Mediation for Professionals certificate. The course covers Alternative Dispute Resolution, Dispute Resolution Assessment, Managing Family Dynamics, Family Law for Non-Lawyer Mediators, Workplace Dispute Resolution and Family Mediation. Students will participate in discussions, forums and live lecture and role play sessions with their Instructor and classmates.
