We are pleased to announce that we will be assessing the new Arbitrators for the Canadian Transportation Agency.
The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA), in collaboration with the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC), is looking for additional arbitrators for inclusion on the CTA’s List of Persons who Agree to Act as Arbitrators. As required by subsections 169(1) and 169.42(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, the CTA has established criteria to ensure that each of their arbitrators are able to conduct an efficient and effective arbitration process. The new arbitrators will be added to the CTA’s roster on a rolling basis.
