Governance: Conflict of Interest Policy
The Governance Committee is pleased to advise that on September 19, 2022, the Board approved a Conflict of Interest Policy. The Policy applies to individuals employed by or engaged in volunteer activities on behalf of ADRIC, including but not limited to Directors, Committee members, and employees.
