BIO:
Nareg Froundjian, Lawyer, Fasken: is a technology lawyer in Fasken’s privacy and cybersecurity group. He advises some of Canada’s largest organizations and startups, drawing on more than six years of consulting experience at the intersection of law and technology. He finds practical solutions to data protection issues, including preparing for and responding to cyber security incidents. He holds his CIPP/C certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He sits on the board of directors of the Young Bar Association of Montreal and chairs its information technology committee. Prior to private practice, he worked for three years at the Cyberjustice Laboratory where he developed innovative initiatives to improve access to justice through technology.
