Alyson is a proven leader. She is a member in good standing of the Law Society of New Brunswick as well as a certified mediator and trained facilitator. She received her Institute of Corporate Directors designation in 2018. After practicing litigation law for ten years, her business orientation led her to create a national co-operative association of over 100 Canadian broadband companies which she lead for a number of years. Convinced that positive employee engagement in the workplace resulted in increased profitability, in 2017 she co-founded founded Resonance Inc. a company devoted to making workplaces better, through investigations, conflict resolution, mediation, clear policies, strategic planning and effective governance. Alyson has recently left her full time job at Resonance but continues to help businesses and associations achieve the optimal workplace.
