Céline is an Advisor at Latitude. A lawyer by profession, she now works as a mediator, professional coach, a personality profile consultant and trainer. Céline is a member of the IMAQ, the CRHA order and the ICF. She holds a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and a DESS in Dispute Prevention and Resolution.

Passionate about the professional balance of each person, Céline has specialized for the past 5 years in the resolution of interpersonal conflicts and optimization of team relations and the work climate in companies through the use of dispute prevention and resolution tools. Her services include work climate analysis, neutral assessments, mediation, coaching and psychological harassment investigations.

For the past 10 years, Céline has devoted herself to accompanying people, entrepreneurs, managers and employees in their work environment.
