… is the founder and owner of Leap! Divorce Solutions. I am passionate about helping clients reduce the anxiety and stress often experienced during the divorce and separation process. I have extensive training in the theory, practice, and techniques of arbitration, mediation, negotiation, facilitation, conflict management, and collaborative processes. I have also arbitrated and mediated disputes in a variety of areas including family, landlord and tenant, and other disputes between individuals in the community.

I am a Chartered Arbitrator (C. Arb.), Chartered Mediator (C. Med.), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Registered Family Mediator of Alberta (RFM), and Commissioner for Oaths in and for Alberta. I also became certified in Conflict Leadership with assessments through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Canada

I am actively involved in the mediation community in Calgary. I am currently a director on the Board of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Alberta (ADRIA), an affiliate of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) . I was the past Committee Chair for Skills Development at the Community Mediation Calgary Society. I am also an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Canada, Alberta Family Mediation Society, and Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts.

In addition to arbitration and mediation, I have twenty-two years of experience working with the public. Seventeen years of experience working for Alberta Justice, and eleven years of experience in restorative justice with the Edmonton and Calgary Police Victim Assistance Unit. I achieved a Bachelor of Applied Justice Studies from Mount Royal University. My education and experience has given me an in-depth awareness into relationship building and positive interaction with people.
