… is a mediator, arbitrator, adjudicator, professor and writer. He has passion for online dispute resolution, access to justice and the opportunities collaborative approaches offer for relationship preservation and restoration.
Marc has spoken across Canada and in the United States. He has been widely published, including in peer-reviewed academic journals and as the author of two books – the Art of Role Play in Dispute Resolution Training and ODR – Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow.
Marc is faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School’s prestigious Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution program. He is a Curriculum Developer and Instructor of York University’s Certificate in Dispute Resolution. Marc also serves as an Academic Partner of the Authentic Allyship Project, where he contributes as a non-Indigenous ally.
In 2020, the ADR Institute of Ontario recognized Marc with a STAR Award for his dedication, leadership and support of the field of dispute resolution. Marc represents Ontario on the Board of Directors of the ADR Institute of Canada. He is based in Toronto.
