with Colm Brannigan, LL.M. (ADR), C.Arb, C.Med, Cert. Med (IMI), FCIArb (in English; we are seeking someone to provide in French)
About this webinar: At this time of crisis, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is fast emerging as a process that ADR practitioners can use to help our clients with dispute resolution and at the same time maintain our practices. But it is extremely important that ADR professionals understand how to provide their services using technology in a competent way.The webinar will focus on one of the many easy to use platforms available: Zoom. Participants will see some of the features Zoom offers that can help them to decide if they wish to start delivering online services. As a member benefit, ADRIC has negotiated a greatly reduced subscription cost to the Zoom Platform.Participants will also learn some of the ethical and practical issues that must be addressed in order to provide a safe and secure process to their clients.
After completing the webinar, participants will be able to make an informed decision about providing ODR Services and whether they should seek more training and/or practice with the Zoom platform before doing so.
