Venue, Travel, Accommodation and Other Information
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel:
ADRIC has negotiated a block of rooms at the special rates of $275/night for Wednesday, October 12, 2016 to Saturday, October 15, 2016. Rates available only until September 19, 2016 or until sold out, whichever comes first. ADRIC Member Hotel Rebate:
ADRIC will be offering a rebate of $15/night for ADRIC members with individual registrations for ADRIC 2016 staying at the Ritz-Carlton Wednesday October 12 and/or Thursday October 13. (This offer excludes speakers with complimentary conference registration and those registered under sponsorships) A rebate claim form will be available after the ADRIC conference.
Flight Discounts:
ADRIC has arranged discounts on flights within Canada: 10% discount on most fares to Toronto through Air Canada (use code TV4PFE31) and all fares through West Jet. (use code: YA8D9QR). Porter Airlines is offering a 15% discount on available base fares (with the exception of the lowest class fare during a public seat sale). Via Rail Discounts:
ADRIC has negotiated discounts with VIA Rail for those travelling by train :

This code has been given to you by the conference organizer. The conference fare will be shown on the next page. |
