Wendy has worked extensively in labour relations, workplace, organizational development and strategic planning, with over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Wendy is frequently invited to provide third party support to multi-stakeholder groups\committees to help them build effective working relationships, build consensus, and create plans to achieve shared goals. Wendy also enjoys teaching and coaching conflict resolution and communications skills.

Valerie is a Mediator that is an HR Partner with the University of Alberta. Her experience and education is in Human Resources Management, Duty to Accommodate, Disability Management, Conflict Resolution and Health and Safety.
Judy Shum, B.A., M.P.A., Executive Director – ADR Institute of Ontario, Toronto
Judy joined ADRIO as Executive Director in April 2019. Prior to ADRIO, Judy had held senior leadership positions in a variety of non-profit organizations, including United Way of Saskatoon and Area, Catholic Crosscultural Services, and Cecil Community Centre. Judy has extensive experience in working with volunteer boards, developing programs and engaging stakeholders.
