The Annual General Meeting of the Members of the ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. will be held Thursday, October 22nd, 2020 at 12:00 PM ET, virtually via Zoom.
The Annual General Meeting will be followed by the presentation of the McGowan Awards.
Advance registration is required. To register, click here for the EVENTS tab of the ADRIC Member Portal. Registered members will be sent an email with the ZOOM link the evening before the AGM. (Please check your Spam folder as they often end up there. If you do not receive, please contact admin@adric.ca)
The AGM agenda and meeting materials have been emailed to members in advance.
The By-laws call for a minimum complement of members to gather in person to achieve quorum for our AGM. To comply with these governance requirements, the Board will arrange to hold a limited in-person gathering as part of the virtual AGM, respecting all current health requirements, at a location in Toronto selected by the Executive Director.

L’Assemblée générale annuelle des membres de l’Institut d’arbitrage et de médiation du Canada Inc. aura lieu le jeudi 22 octobre 2020 à 12 h 00, heure normale de l'est, virtuellement via Zoom.
L'assemblée générale annuelle sera suivie de la remise des prix McGowan.
L’inscription doit être faite à l’avance. Pour vous inscrire, cliquez ici pour vous obtenir l’onglet ÉVÉNEMENTS du Portail des membres de l’IAMC. Un courriel accompagné du lien Zoom sera transmis aux membres inscrits le soir précédant la tenue de l’Assemblée générale annuelle. L'ordre du jour de l'AGA et les documents pertinents pour l'AGA ont été envoyés par courriel aux membres à l'avance.
Conformément au Règlement, un nombre minimum de membres doivent être présents à notre Assemblée générale annuelle pour que le quorum soit atteint. Afin de satisfaire cette exigence en matière de gouvernance, le Conseil prendra les mesures nécessaires pour tenir une réunion en personne avec un nombre limité de membres dans le cadre de l’Assemblée générale annuelle virtuelle, respectant ainsi toutes les exigences en matière de santé actuelles, dans un lieu situé à Toronto choisi par la directrice générale.
