April 15, 2020À propos de ce webinaire : En ces temps de crise, le règlement des différends en ligne s’impose rapidement comme un processus que les spécialistes en prévention et règlement des différends (PRD) peuvent utiliser pour aider nos clients avec le règlement des différends tout en maintenant nos pratiques. Il est extrêmement important que les spécialistes en PRD sachent comment fournir leurs services en utilisant la technologie efficacement.
Le webinaire portera sur l’une des nombreuses plateformes faciles à utiliser : Zoom. Les participants verront certaines fonctions de Zoom, ce qui pourrait les aider à décider s’ils souhaitent commencer à offrir des services en ligne. L’IAMC a négocié un tarif d’inscription réduit à la plateforme Zoom en tant qu’avantage aux membres.
Les participants en apprendront plus sur les questions éthiques et pratiques qui doivent être abordées afin de fournir un processus plus sûr aux clients.
Après avoir terminé le webinaire, les participants pourront prendre une décision éclairée en ce qui concerne l’offre de services de règlement des différends en ligne et établir s’ils ont besoin d’une formation supplémentaire ou de pratique sur la plateforme Zoom avant d’offrir leurs services en ligne.

April 29, 2020This 4-part webinar series (one hour each webinar) will assist family mediators to engage with families involved in high conflict child custody disputes by exploring the connections of mediation with neuroscience, emotional regulation, adult attachment patterns, and fear-based relationships. Emotional awareness within the mediation process will be foundational to identify and repair errors in neutrality and engagement. Practical strategies for overcoming fear-based relationship conflicts and the concept of multi-partial alliances will be offered to help mediators convey empathy, engagement and emotional clarity. Reflecting on developments in neuro-principles and trauma-informed practice, the workshop will offer practical tips for developing responsive approaches to engage with clients.
