Conseil d’administration
Le conseil d’administration de l’IAMC se compose de sept représentants et représentantes de nos affiliés, qui sont administrateurs ou administratrices dans le conseil de l’affilié auquel ils appartiennent et ont été élus par les membres de cet affilié pour représenter les spécialistes en prévention et règlement des différends, ou PRD, et les partisans de la PRD dans leur région géographique. Le conseil d’administration compte aussi sept représentants élus par les membres collectifs de l’IAMC, qui représentent les utilisateurs des services de PRD et les partisans de la prévention et du règlement des différends. Ces quatorze administrateurs et administratrices exercent ensuite l’option de nommer jusqu’à quatre administrateurs généraux pour compléter leurs compétences et atteindre la diversité.

Barry Effler
Barry is a full time arbitrator, mediator and consultant. He currently serves as the Chair of the National Arbitration Designation Committee for ADRIC and member and past chair of the National Rules Committee for Arbitration, Mediation and Med-Arb rules.
Brin Hamilton
Brin Hamilton is a conflict consultant, mediator, arbitrator, facilitator, human resources professional, and the owner of Malu Conflict Consulting. She is an ardent educator and teaches people of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of community settings.
Matthew Janes
Matthew Janes, Ph.D., holds a Certificate in Conflict Resolution (Mediation/Third Party Intervention) from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. He has worked in the areas of workplace dispute resolution, non-profit sector mediation, and student conduct.
Isabelle Keeler
Isabelle is a lawyer with the Charlottetown office of Cox & Palmer. Isabelle’s legal practice is focused primarily in the areas of labour and employment law, where she provides strategic advice and representation to unionized and non-unionized employers on a variety of workplace issues.
Marc Bhalla
Marc (he/him) [biracial] is a mediator, arbitrator, adjudicator, professor and writer. He has passion for online dispute resolution, access to justice and the opportunities collaborative approaches offer for relationship preservation and restoration.
Dora Dang
I am a Chartered Arbitrator (C. Arb.), Chartered Mediator (C. Med.), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Registered Family Mediator of Alberta (RFM), and Commissioner for Oaths in and for Alberta. I also became certified in Conflict Leadership with assessments through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Canada
